Factory Auctions

Auctioning is to publish a factory in order that other players bid for it and reimburse you a certain amount of gold.

  • At auctions, which are on the Start tab by selecting the three points, you can bid on factories (other users for gold), gold (from the administrator for money) or Premium (from the administrator for money).
  • From here you can see the offers, the time to maturity (usually in the end of the day) and bid on them.
  • You can auction a factory from your factory profile, in edit mode.
  • It must be of level 100 or higher and will be selected depending on the market and the availability with respect to the resource of which it is, prioritizing those of higher level.
  • At the end of the day the mines are accepted to auction and the application cannot be cancelled (while the auction is still pending).
  • Other players (you can't bid on your own auction) Start bidding on your budget until the bidding ends at the end of the next day (after 24h). However, every bid that is made at the last minute of the auction postpones 30 seconds the end of it, so it can lengthen for a few more minutes.
  • The best bid takes the item and the price is immediately charged from the winning user's budget.
  • Once a factory has been purchased there is a minimum sale time of 3 months. If it is auctioned again within that period the profits in gold are penalized by 20% of the price of sale, which ceases to perceive it that the auction.
  • If you want to move the factory, you can only move within each map (do not jump between Earth/Moon/Antarctica), but you can do it from the first moment of your purchase.
  • Occasionally, the administrator auction 3 days Premium and a certain amount of gold in the same way, although generally this price is very inflated and does not come out profitable.

Buildings

Buildings are constructions that are made in a specific region to increase their value and improve their world qualification.

Index buildings

The region's indexes are increasing. Each one is specific.

  • Hospitals: Improves the rate of medicine.
  • Military Bases: Improves the rate of military.
  • Schools: Improves the education index.
  • Housing: Improves the development index.

Military buildings

They give defense bonus and initial attack when starting a front from this region to another neighbor.

  • Missile system: Reduces the damage inflicted by the enemy from the neighboring region, up to a maximum difference of 300 buildings (stop increasing the difference and bonus).
  • Naval ports: reduces the damage inflicted by the enemy in maritime wars as do the missile systems. They only have the regions with access to the sea.

Transportation Buildings

They reduce the time it takes for users to travel from one region to another.

  • Airports (land) and recharge stations (Luna): Reduces travel time between two regions, which depends on the total number of airports in both regions. The maximum reduction is 7%, applied to the region with more airports and from it the remainder are allocated. It has a similar effect to the missile system, in attack rather than in defense. Reduces penalty for donating resources between players.
  • Space ports: Reduces travel time between Earth and Moon. The 20 land regions with the largest number of space ports can open against lunar territories.

Special buildings

  • Military academies: The #academia-military-p increases the region's initial damage. It is free and is built daily by users with residency in the region.
  • Power Plants: Supplies Energy (MW) to the rest of the nation's buildings.

Energy system considerations

  • Each plant provides 10MW while buildings consume 2MW, i.e. each plant supplements 5 other buildings of any kind.
  • The only buildings that do not consume MW are the military academy and the housing
  • Users ' homes are not considered as region buildings, so they do not consume energy.
  • A region with higher energy consumption than production does not generate negative effects, only occur when the national energy balance is negative. Those buildings that are not supply with energy will not be counted (as if the region did not have them).

Building construction

  • The Military Academy is built daily through the mission with the same name.
  • The rest are built from the national or autonomous Parliament using the resources of the budget. It is done through the new building law.

Work

The work is based on transforming energy into resources or money, working in a mine, on the Work tab. This energy can be recharged naturally or by consuming energy drinks (and indirectly gold).

Important points:

  1. By working gold in a low-radiation region you are able to regenerate gold (between 100 and 230 in a whole day, depending on the medicine index of the region where you work). It can only be worked when gold is explored, which is done by the governor or the minister of economy manually up to a maximum of 2500 points per day.
  2. It is advisable to do so in a region where the gold lasts long (but then you have to move to another) and has the highest possible rate of medicine (> 7).
  3. Always choose the best-paying factories, which do not necessarily have to be those of higher level (fixed salary higher than the percentage of the largest, for example).
  4. You need level 60 to work other non-gold resources. Working on these resources does not refuel the energy and you will be playing gold.
  5. It costs 75 gold to transfer work experiences, preferably from exp in gold to any other resource (the one you go to work). Do not spend a lot of exp or you will be without good efficiency in gold or little or you'll have to spend many times 75 gold.
  6. The maximum power to recharge at the counter is 200, 300 if you are Premium. It can be done manually every 10 minutes or automatically if you are premium.

Feedback

Multicounts or secondary accounts are parallel profiles to your main account that give you more versatility and capabilities in the game. You can use them for all those tasks that you can't or don't want to do with your main account, or what you want to duplicate to generate a greater effect.

  • A maximum of two accounts are allowed with one mail each. A third will be banned if you get caught, which is pretty likely if you're as jinx as a server.
  • Sometimes there are bugs and the system captures that you have more accounts than you have. If you have been banned unjustly try to clear cache, the phone's RAM (or close what is related to the game) and connect the airplane mode a few moments. After this, disconnect the airplane mode and re-enter the game. If it does not work contact the technical service at this link: http://support.rivalregions.com/
  • If you delete the account to create another account make sure to clear cache and completely unlink this account from your device or you will be banned by Multiaccount. It is not necessary for the account to disappear completely, simply that it is not linked to your usual device.

Elections

  • Elections are 24h votes where you can give a personal vote to the candidate or party you prefer from a default list for the game.
  • They are repeated in cycles of 5 days (4 + 1 day of voting), being independent of each other.
  • You can vote any user with level 50 or higher and present the residence in the region (24h) of the elections (except in the primaries).

We found four types of elections:

  • Party primary elections
  • Leader presidential election
  • Parliamentary elections
  • Autonomous elections

Party primary elections

  • Function: Determine the party list. The order of the list is chosen (for parliamentary elections) and the list-head (presidential candidate if the party won seats in parliament).
  • Candidates: All those members of the party at the beginning of the vote.
  • Voters: All members of the party until the end of the vote (even if you enter later, you can vote).
  • Forms of government: in all.

Leader presidential election

  • Function: To determine the leader of the nation, who will elect the rest of the government (Ministers and advisers).
  • Candidates: All party heads (first in the party list) of the nation if they won any seats in the past parliamentary elections. If the party stops being in a national region loses its candidate.
  • Voters: All residents in regions of the nation who have stayed 24h with the residence (after 24h with the residence you can vote). If you lose your residence your vote is not counted.
  • Forms of Government: in Republic and hegemonic party.

Parliamentary elections

  • Function: They determine the seats (percentage of seats of parliament by percentage of the total votes to the party) which takes each party of the nation. Of the seats obtained, within each match are allocated in order on the list.
  • Candidates: All parties of the nation (its headquarters are in a region belonging to the region). If the party stops being in a national region it disappears from the parliament. If a party gets more seats than members has the party to occupy the seats will be vacant (empty in Parliament). If new members enter the game they will be granted a seat.
  • Voters: All residents in regions of the nation who have stayed 24h with the residence (after 24h with the residence you can vote). If you lose your residence your vote is not counted.
  • Forms of Government: In Republic, in hegemonic party and in monarchy.

Autonomous elections

  • Function: They determine the seats (percentage of seats of parliament by percentage of the total votes to the party) which takes each party of the autonomy. Of the seats obtained, within each match are allocated in order on the list.
  • Candidates: All the parties of the autonomy (its seat is in a region pertaining to the autonomy). If the party stops being in an autonomous region it disappears from the parliament. If a party gets more seats than members has the party to occupy the seats will be vacant (empty in Parliament). If new members enter the game they will be granted a seat.
  • Voters: All residents in regions of autonomy who have stayed 24h with the residence (after 24h with the residence you can vote). If you lose your residence your vote is not counted.
  • Forms of government: in all.
